Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical custom application projects.
- Oversee all phases of project management, including requirements gathering, system development/configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Steer project teams through the entire lifecycle, from initial vision to successful rollout and post-implementation.
- Mentor and develop team members, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on custom application and/or ERP implementations.
- Deep understanding of the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record as a skilled communicator and inspirational leader.
- Experience in the government sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management is required
