This person would be ideally having a background in freight forwarding sales, those with operations background with the willingness to develop their career in sales are also welcomed.
Job Description
- Identify customer prospects and follow up to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer demands and opportunities for business expansion.
- Utilize internal manpower to execute sales plans ensure long-term relationship delivering recurring revenue in the accounts hunted or assigned.
- Establish marketing and sales strategies to achieve the goal of the Company in coordination with the Noatum’s global sales team.
- Prepare timely, accurate management information including taking necessary corrective action where required as specified and requested by the company policies.
Requirement
- At least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exposure in retail and medical industry is plus
- Aggressive, self-driven and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptive to changes
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
