Job Description:
- Empower our clients to comprehend our products with confidence and ease.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support clients’ inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels courteously.
- Engage colleagues from diverse departments proactively to create a skills lift that drives outstanding customer experiences.
- Organize and analyze customer service data to optimize products and service processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder ( Communication / Information Technology / Language disciplines is a plus ).
- Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or the education field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated to accomplish teamwork with a positive vibe.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients while upholding a courteous and professional demeanor.
