Salary: $18,000 – $25,000 per month
We are partnering with a leading global aircraft leasing company to hire an Administrative Officer / Receptionist for their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top‑tier aviation lessor with strong professional exposure across office operations, HR administration, and front‑of‑house duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office vendors, bookings, invoices, and expense summaries.
- Coordinate business travel and basic transportation needs.
- Oversee office facilities, pantry, supplies, and equipment upkeep.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, access cards, workstation setup, and maintain simple HR records (leave, attendance, staff lists).
- Assist with basic HR admin, documentation, and engagement activities.
- Provide reception support including guests, calls, meeting rooms, courier/mail, and visitor access.
- Support health & safety routines, drills, and first‑aid upkeep.
- Assist with general office, HR, and ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years related work experience
- Outstanding research and communication skills are essential
- Fluent Mandarin is a must
- Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English required
- Good team player with high attention to detail and can-do attitude
