Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
1. Products Structure: Establish Cayman fund, Hong Kong OFC, and other funds in accordance with the company’s strategy, and coordinate with relevant legal counsel, auditors, custodians, and fund administration partners.
2. Conduct Operational Due Diligence and Drive the Approval Process: Perform comprehensive operational due diligence on target funds, covering fund structure, key terms, transaction details, and other critical factors. Prepare and submit risk control reports to the Investment Committee, and drive the approval process for fund onboarding.
3. Develop Materials & Coordinate Resources: Prepare fund transaction and promotional documents. Liaise with internal and external resources to deliver effective marketing support.
4. Market & Industry Dynamics Monitoring: Proactively monitor peer landscape and market development trends, promptly capture industry information, and provide references for the company’s decision-making.
5. Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the company.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
2. Professional Experience: Candidates with prior experience as an overseas Financial Product Manager and in-depth knowledge of overseas funds will be given priority.
3. Strong empathy and communication skills; demonstrated self-motivation, proactive mindset, and excellent learning agility.
4. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (able to use both as working languages).
5. Valid visa to work in Hong Kong
