Marketing Director

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: HKD 60,000 – 90,000

    Job Duties

    – Develop overseas marketing strategies aligned with the company’s core businesses.

    – Conduct pre-cooperation market research on potential international partners, and manage the end-to-end process of brand collaboration.

    – Plan and oversee 360-degree integrated marketing projects for overseas markets from strategy mining to execution and performance evaluation.

    – Lead cross-functional teams to integrate global resources, and manage overseas brand IP and cross-border CSR initiatives.

    – Explore and launch IP co-branding or CSR activities with international institutions, and build a global cooperation resource network covering design, culture and other fields.

    – Track overseas marketing performance using data analysis tools, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights to align with long-term overseas business goals

    Job Requirements

    – Master’s degree is required; Master’s degree in Creative Cultural Industries is preferred. 

    – 8+ years of experience in overseas marketing and brand management, with a proven track record in leading high-impact overseas brand cooperation projects

    – Rich global resources covering international organizations, design institutions, media and agencies.

    – Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Mandarin and English.

    – Proficient in marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office) for data analysis, creative content production and project management.

    – Strong international vision and ability to work under pressure to drive overseas business growth.
