What you’ll be doing?
- Luxury Sales Expert: Provide professional sales services for luxury goods, recommending suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Customer Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations Support: Assist in daily store operations, including product display and inventory management, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge Specialist: Share in-depth product knowledge about luxury goods and address customer inquiries with confidence and expertise.
- Performance Driver: Achieve sales targets and contribute to improving store performance through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
Who are they looking for?
- Luxury Industry Insight: Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the luxury industry, bringing valuable knowledge and passion for high-end products.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and international colleagues.
- Education: A degree holder with a keen interest in e-commerce and luxury retail.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous individual with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates eager to learn new systems.
