PR & Marketing Executive

    Location: Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $16,000 – $22,000 per month

    Your Role: 

    • Planning & execution of PR campaigns (both online and offline campaigns);
    • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization’s brand and reputation;
    • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials;
    • To seek and maintain good relationship with varies kind of influencers / KOLs/ celebrities;  
    • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and editors;
    • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and their impact;
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as product launches, press conferences, promotional events, and corporate functions;
    • Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules in alignment with the organization’s objectives;
    • Source and manage event vendors, including venues, caterers, and audiovisual providers;
    • Oversee event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution.

    Your Background:

    • Diploma or above (applicants majoring in PR/ Marketing/Communications, or a related field will be given priority)
    • Proven experience in PR, event management, or a similar role.
    • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using PR tools, media databases, and social media platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.

    Your Skillset: 

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for creating press releases, event promotions, and engaging with stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors effectively.
    • Creativity: Innovative in developing engaging event concepts and PR campaigns.
    • Networking: Capable of building and maintaining media relationships and partnerships.
    • Problem-solving: Skilled at handling crisis communication and resolving event-related challenges.
    • Work Environment:
    • This role may require travel to event locations and attending meetings with media or clients.
    • Flexibility is required to accommodate event schedules, which may include evenings or weekends.
