Head of E-Commerce

    Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    ⁠Lead the end-to-end revamp of our e-commerce platform, enhancing design, user experience, and customer journey for our toy car customers.

    Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce growth strategies that boost sales, retention, and brand loyalty.

    ⁠Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including site performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service excellence.

    Work closely with logistics and product teams to streamline fulfilment, ensure inventory accuracy, and guarantee timely product delivery.

    Utilise customer insights and analytics to identify friction points and develop solutions for a superior online shopping journey.

    Foster, mentor, and grow a high-performing e-commerce team; promote collaboration across marketing, logistics, IT, and merchandising departments.

    Manage budgets, forecasts, and prepare detailed performance reports covering traffic, conversion, revenue, and delivery metrics.

    Stay on top of digital commerce, customer experience, logistics, and toy industry trends.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

    ⁠8–10+ years of robust e-commerce management experience—ideally with consumer physical products, direct-to-consumer delivery, and proven site revamp projects.

    Deep expertise in customer journey design, website refreshes, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.)

    Demonstrated experience working with logistics teams to optimize online order fulfilment and delivery.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

    Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-obsessed mindset.
