Your Role:
- Planning & execution of PR campaigns (both online and offline campaigns);
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization’s brand and reputation;
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials;
- To seek and maintain good relationship with varies kind of influencers / KOLs/ celebrities;
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and editors;
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and their impact;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as product launches, press conferences, promotional events, and corporate functions;
- Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules in alignment with the organization’s objectives;
- Source and manage event vendors, including venues, caterers, and audiovisual providers;
- Oversee event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution.
Your Background:
- Diploma or above (applicants majoring in PR/ Marketing/Communications, or a related field will be given priority)
- Proven experience in PR, event management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using PR tools, media databases, and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.
