Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per month
Our client is a large HK Conglomerate group looking for a Group HR Manager (C&B) to join their Group HR team. This person will lead a team of 1 and manage the full C&B function for the group covering Hong Kong and Singapore, and reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.`
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising key stakeholders and the HR teams on C&B policies and legal compliance.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence and efficiency within C&B processes.
- Review and enhance policies, guidelines, and processes periodically to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare headcount reports and other analytical reports as requested by management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Oversee insurance renewals and manage the processing of insurance claims.
- Oversee payroll processing in Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Manage mobility cases effectively and provide comprehensive support to stakeholders.
- Maintain the integrity of HRIS data by ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Undertake other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, preferably gained from sizable organizations.
- Candidates with regional background and retail industry experience will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, tax regulations, and other HR-related legislation. Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act is desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders.
