What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s garment offerings
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, industry developments and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, MUST within the garments or fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to navigate complex customer situations
- Passion for the garment industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Resourceful, adaptable and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
