Customer Service Officer 

    Location: Kowloon

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $20,000 – $30,000 per month

    Our client is an insurance company and currently hiring (Senior) Customer Service Officer – Hotline to join their team. With on-going professional training and developing career path, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance industry.

     Responsibilities:

    • Provide effective inbound call services to customers for product and service enquiries
    • Handle enquiries and complaints, guide customers through the process
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure a quick resolution
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Higher Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Customer Service/ Hotline service (preferred)
    • Professional licenses (IIQE/ HKSI) are preferred but not mandatory
    • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese
    • Strong problem-solving skill and results-oriented
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
    • Immediately available is highly preferred
