Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the gift and premium market
- Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to drive recurring revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the gift and premium industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A creative and problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative solutions
