What you’ll be doing?

Drive MICE revenue: Ensure your team meets brand target customer needs, focusing on growing MICE revenues and maximizing the department’s financial performance.
Expand business opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new prospects, enhancing sales for groups, events, and catering to achieve company goals.
Strategic planning: Maximize hotel sales through strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of all assigned sales activities.
Client engagement: Respond to inquiries, develop proposals, deliver presentations, and conduct site inspections for clients in a timely and professional manner.
Market intelligence: Conduct thorough market research, analyzing competitors and staying ahead of industry trends.

Educational background: Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline, bringing a solid foundation in the field.
MICE expertise: Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling events and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics. Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Sales Manager – MICE position.
Market savvy: Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence to stay competitive in the industry.
Communication skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Leadership qualities: A team player with proven leadership skills to guide and motivate your sales team.
Language proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and partners.
