Customer Service Officer

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per month

     Core responsibilities: 

    • Provide professional MPF service to every individual client for their purposes of wealth management, retirement plan and investment
    • Provide corporate benefits to company accounts like MPF schemes, Group Medical Plans and General Business Insurance
    • Manage relationships with individual clients and corporate accounts
    • Handle incoming inquiries from scheme members

    As a MPF service officer, you should possess the following qualities:

    • Degree or Diploma holders would be preferred
    • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin as an advantage
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented
    • Responsible team player with strong desire for success
    • HKID card holder is a MUST
    • Fresh graduates would also be considered
