    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented B2B Digital Marketing & Client Development Executive to join our team at Gamsing — a trusted supplier of high-quality, eco-friendly disposable plastic packaging.

    You will focus on exploring and qualifying potential clients across global markets through B2B platforms and proactive outreach, then forward verified leads to the Sales Team for quotation, negotiation, and order follow-up.

    For each client successfully converted by the Sales Team, you will receive a recurring commission on all subsequent orders — recognizing your contribution to developing long-term business relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inquiries from Alibaba, Global Sources, or our website; verify genuine buyers.
    • Reach new clients via email campaigns, tenders, and platforms like Scoutbee.
    • Develop Hong Kong’s local market by visiting potential clients, distributors, and trade partners with the manager, including chain restaurants and public organizations.
    • Support exhibitions; coordinate with external marketing partners or agencies when required.
    • Maintain CRM records and follow up with Sales on lead progress.
    • Organize and analyze sales data to support business insights and performance tracking.
    • Optimize the company website for search engines (SEO) — improve keyword ranking, content quality, and user traffic to drive inbound inquiries.
    • Develop and manage at least one company social media channel (LinkedIn, Instagram, or a similar image-and-text-based content platform) that enhances brand visibility and supports B2B lead generation.
    • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support additional marketing and cross-functional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (major in Marketing, Data Science or a related field is preferred).
    • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, B2B marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
    • Personality: Friendly, confident, and passionate about exploring new opportunities in B2B Sales.
    • Language: Native in Mandarin or Cantonese, fluent in English (strong written & verbal).
    • Platforms: Familiar with Alibaba, Global Sources, Scoutbee, or similar B2B sites.
    • Research & Data: Skilled in using Google or AI tools for problem solving; Excel proficiency (knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus).
    • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
    • Work Style: Looking for a long-term, stable role within a small and flexible team. We value quality and efficiency over work hours — work smart, stay focused, and enjoy flexibility when the workload is light.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling manufacturing or industrial products is a strong advantage.
    • Learning Mindset: Keen to understand supply chain, digital systems, and cross-team workflows.
    • Tech Savvy: Experience using AI tools (e.g. GPT-5, Poe.com) to streamline tasks is a plus.
    • Systems: Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or OA tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Lark) preferred.
    • Marketing: Exposure to overseas social media or digital advertising is an advantage.
