    What you’ll be doing?

    • Marketplace Management: Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing store operations on platforms like Shopee and Lazada across APAC countries, ensuring smooth and efficient online presence.
    • Product Strategy: Maintain and optimize assortment listings and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute media strategies using platform-specific tools to drive traffic and improve sales performance, maximizing brand visibility and reach.
    • Performance Optimization: Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI on marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving business goals.

    Who are they looking for?

    • E-commerce Expert: Have at least 3 years of experience in e-platform operations, specifically with Lazada and Shopee, to hit the ground running in this role.
    • Education: A diploma or higher in Business, e-Commerce, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in relevant skills and knowledge.
    • Digital Marketing Savvy: Proficiency in Facebook Ads, YouTube Google Ads, and TikTok marketing is essential to enhance our online presence and drive results.
    • Design Skills: Experience with MS PowerPoint, Canva, or other design software is a plus, allowing you to contribute to visual content creation.
    • Personal Qualities: You are confident, responsible, hardworking, and have a strong commitment to excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem Solver: You possess strong marketing sense, creativity, independence, and attention to detail, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
    • Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across the APAC region.
