Salary: $22,000 – $25,000 per month
Location & Working Hours
- Normal Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, working from our Hong Kong office.
- Night Shifts (Required): Every Tuesday and Thursday – 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. These shifts are mandatory, worked from home, and dedicated to supporting our UK CS team.
- Extra hours may be required in order to meet business needs and ensure smooth coordination with the UK CS team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via email with friendly, helpful advice.
- Providing accurate product details, order updates, and handling general questions.
- Managing payment gateway dispute cases.
- Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds with care and professionalism.
- Following up with the logistics team for order tracking updates and ensuring customers are informed promptly.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer support and satisfaction.
- Learning about our products and services so you can provide the best possible assistance.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English skills (both written and comprehension — must-have).
- Previous experience in customer service (eCommerce experience is a plus).
- Interest in photography is a bonus, but not required.
