We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wright Life Pharmaceutical Limited in the Tsuen Wan District. This is a full-time position responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for our innovative pharmaceutical products. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving our strategic sales objectives.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry
- Overseeing all sales channels within the local market, including and not limited to online platforms, retail outlets, key accounts, exhibitions, and other venues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and distributors
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Coaching, mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully driving new business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences
