Our client is a well-established trade show organiser with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact business conferences. As the event continues to grow in scale and influence, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and support strategic partnerships.
Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving exhibitor and sponsor acquisition, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of a leading sustainability-focused event. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a key role in revenue generation and market development. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing sales strategies to attract exhibitors and sponsors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Representing the event at industry networking functions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Supporting the preparation of sales reports and pipeline updates
- Identifying new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with event goals
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, media, or events (trade show experience preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
- Confidence in cold calling and pitching to senior stakeholders
- Ability to match client needs with event offerings
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must have the right to work in Hong Kong
