About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NexLen International Limited as a Sales Manager in our Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support the delivery of customer solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to raise the profile of the organisation
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the sales industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
- Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
