We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Representative (Accounting Service) to join our Customer Success Division. A background in accounting, tax, or business administration is essential. No cold calling is required, you only have to support inquiries from existing customers.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients. You will be the go-to person to explain the procedures of filing for Profit Tax Return, Employer’s Return and Accounting matters. Guidelines will be provided.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery, and after-sales support.
- You will own the schedule, ensuring reviews and accounts are not a bottleneck but a smooth, efficient process.
- Assist communication with government authorities and financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administrative. English Degree holders are welcome (90% of clients are from Western countries)
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Organized and proactive, with a knack for problem-solving.
- A person who loves to learn new things.
- Outgoing with good communication skills.
- 3 years of relevant full-time work experience at CPA firms is preferred; less experience will be considered for the right candidate.
- Less than 3 years of experience will be considered for a trainee position.
